I have seen a few Twinline builds and can't wait to see your talents here. I probably am the one who posted your bike pic on the Facebook page

That bike is a '75 (or maybe '76) DT250 B (or C). The Portuguese Orange tank and radial fins on the head give it away. Probably called a '74 because the build date was in late 1974.

Hey everybody,
My name is Carlin and I've loved motorcycles ever since I can remember! I've got a 2013 honda cbr 600rr that I ride as much as I can during the warmer summer months. I live in cold Manitoba which is up in Canada. Recently I've got into the older style bikes, particularly enduros and scramblers. In September of last year I found a 1981 yamaha dt 175 in beautiful condition, so I went ahead and bought it. I'm loving it so far and I hope to get some great information off of you guys on this forum. Thanks for having me!

Thanks, I've already got some useful information off this site and it hasn't even been 24 hours! I think I'm going to like it here.

Hi guys. Well it's been almost a year since I picked up the RT along with the RD, and well, it is a cool looking bike which does deserve some attention.
So with a mate of mine and a lot of alcohol some decisions were made.
1. Deserves to restore to 'rock star' status.
2. Afro, aviator sunnies, and porn moustache must be a riders requirements.
3. Nothing is out of bounds.
And here we are at this point....

Nice bikes. Is that the original tank on the IT? The sticker looks right, but something about the tank looks a little odd.
