After seeing your trailer load, I feel much better about the state of my own enduro addiction issues :)

It never gets old saving these from Scrap medal, bobers, café racers etc. it always puts a smile on my face.

I hijacked my own thread. But it's all good because I'm in the middle of the desert, in the middle of nowhere ha ha.

I am taking 30 days off work and I should make great progress on moneymaker. I'm also going to help my father on his bike. In this trailer,I have a 68 Dt1 and a 1980 DT 175.
spare saltshaker, those two are for my father. It's hard to find these in South Dakota, but in California they are plentiful.

I have enjoyed reading your threads, keep up the great work. I'll still be driving for 16 more hours.

My fork tubes are shinier than stock but I like how it looks. Below is the link how to get that level of shine. :OnFire

My father has been building a modified frame and suspension and some other parts, for a DT 360. He did not get it finished in time for Endurofest, however, he was kind of relieved because he didn't want to rush the project.

He dropped his engine, air box, seat, tanks, skid plate, carb, and pipe into money maker. The 250 and 360 share the same frame.

He had a race ignition but changed it for my points set up.

After Endurofest he is unbolting his parts.

More updates coming in the days ahead

I have the same problem with the rear muffler. Its about 1/2 the diameter it used to be. I know that burning it is about the only way to do it, but is there any chance that i bend the pipe in the process because of heat ?

It may shrink a little, (like when you heat up a frozen rusted bolt). It would return to normal when cooled. If you are concerned, you could keep it farther away from the fire. If you used an oxy acetylene torch, and it started glowing cherry red then it has a much higher chance to warp. I would not recommend using that.

good thanks for the advice, i was thinking of using the torch ! I was also thinking to bring it to a sand blast shop. Do you think they would be able to remove the carbon with sand blasting ?
