RobGray, here’s your link to the manual. Covers 100-125-175 from 71-73. The 100-175s are covered. Together as they are the same systems. They share some parts, which a big help when searching.

Hi everyone,

Jools here from Sydney Australia. New member that's been occasionally lurking looking for information - as you do.

I'm in the process of rebuilding/restoring what I believe to be a 1973 DT3 its has frame / engine Number DT1F - 16####.

Edit: I thought I'd upload an image of the paint work that inspires me to get on with the project every time I walk past it.

The history of the bike for me goes back to 1990 when I rescued it from a pile of scrap at a local wreckers in New Zealand, when I was over there for my wedding.

Now to find the missing parts, alongside the search for the grail

Finding a DT while getting married...that's a good omen, I think.

Thank you,
yes, I'm very happy with the result - the down side is the rest of the bike is going to look a bit out of place until stuff gets re chromed and wheels rebuilt.

I've been inflicted with this football team since before I could walk, thanks to my dad. My receding hairline owes a lot to this team

Hello Everybody!

Let me just start out by saying how awesome this community is! I've been kinda creeping around the forums for a couple weeks now for information, and I find my answer most of the time. I'm extremely grateful for all the knowledge in here. A little about me...I'm 35 and have been in the Air Force for 13 years as an aircraft fuel systems mechanic. I am currently stationed at Holloman AFB in Alamogordo, NM. I have worked on JSTARS (E8C), C-5's, C-17's, a few oddball jobs on different aircraft, and now F-16's. I went from being a mechanic to being an instructor for my job, and it has been a huge blessing with tons of downtime. I've been doubling up on college courses, and have just 3 left to finish my Bachelor's in Marketing. I'm ALWAYS wrenching on something, I thoroughly enjoy taking something broken, breaking it a little bit more by default, then fixing it. I recently purchased a 1972 R5, and it's AWESOME! There are some minor issues with it, but overall it's in great condition. Anyway, thanks for welcoming me into the group, I look forward to getting to know some new people! PS - I may post dumb questions once in a while, just know I did my best before asking :)

- Chris Buffoni

Welcome. My old man was career Air Force and flew fighters, but nothing you've worked on, I'm sure. He went in when it was still The US Army Air Forces and got out in 1966. Many of the Air Bases he flew out of don't exist any more!
