Very clean job. I can't tell where he did it.
I did mine before the shock pivot to lean them back more.
On my other arm I want to extend after the shock to see which way I like better
Scootern29 set up my shocks for the latter

Lookin good dose. One thing to be aware of and you may already know this, moving the shock mount back is going to change the collapsed length of the shock mounts. The Curnutt collapsed length is right around 9 1/8 inches. Make sure you have that or more between the shock mounts with the tire hitting the fender.

If my measurements are correct I should have 3/4"-1" of clearace at full stroke.
that may change when I put on a knobby tire and I will re-measure

Not that it matters, but if you extended the swing arm behind the brace, you should be able fit a bigger tire in there (if you ever wanted to).

But it would have been harder to keep the alignment and the final width by doing the cutting and welding behind the brace.

I was just thinking how it would look with a 140-18 on the rear....

Tapered bearings are a nice upgrade if you have your clamps off

The bike is a whole new animal now. After this pic was taken I added 3" to the kickstand! Haven't ridden it yet because it's been dumping snow here the last couple of weeks
