Oh yea! looks great, was the engine hard to mount up?There are sooooo many silencers you can find if your not happy with yours. The only thing I see is you may look for a bit of mesh to mount a heat guard to it so it don't bite ya.Hows it run? :OnFire

One other thing, you will need to work out some mounts for the pipe as well.Hopefully the pipe has a tab or two you can mount some rubber to,and a couple springs at the header so it can flex a bit. :Subscribe :Subscribe

To answer some of the questions,
Yes I realize Its not a sleeper anymore but it actually isn't any louder than when I was running the sleeper pipe.
Maybe some high heat black on the pipe will make it blend in more

No heat shields needed because I was sure to tuck it in close were my leg is while riding and at a stop. It may be hard to tell from the angles of the pics but its under the seat and tank there.

I do have 2 springs at the head and have a mount at the back silencer, just need one in the middle where they connect to each other and that will help it look straighter

It runs good and is no doubt faster than the 175 I was running but I am still tuning the carb finding that perfect jetting. Jetting is tricky at 8000'
Also the engine isn't super fresh with big compression either and a top end and porting will be in its future

The pipe is off of the blaster and I only cut and turned it to fit but did not change the volume of the expansion chamber. I did shorten the straight part between the cone and the silencer but from what I've read that should not change its characteristics. It will eventually rust where I cut and welded so that is another reason I was thinking of painting black. Its a hard decision because the nickel plating looks pretty sweet.

Im running a 16t front from a 90s RT180 with the stock back gearing and 428 chain. seems to be pretty good but I will see when its running at its potential

I could leave my pipe chrome if my shocks were grey with some dual rate red springs. Hint Hint :)

Ive done quite a few engine swaps and this one was pretty easy
The rear blaster motor mount is the bolt that goes through the swingarm. Same size bolt on 72 AT and 2000 blaster
:likey
I just cut the middle area out of the square part of the frame where the swing arm bolt is and the motor went right in
I beefed it up on the backside to make up for the material removed from the front
with the swingarm bolt in it lined up the motor with the sprockets real good
the front mounts were good side to side but needed to be about 5/8" moved back
I cut them off and fabbed new ones so it would look cleaner than adding on or extentions
the wireing was much simpler on the blaster, I was able to mount the coil and cdi under the tank easily
The blaster handle bar switch had on/off for the engine and headlights off//hi/low plugged right in to my headlight with the same wire colors as the AT2
In earlyer post I said how I did the pipe and chain/sprockets
