Re-worked the heat shield on the Hooker Pipe... had to really trim it down to get it to lay correctly and clear the Kick Lever. Will get the pipe cleaned  / repainted and put new Black Button Head bolts to hold shield on pipe-  should work good and give the pipe an almost GYT looking pipe,

  • 211-24161-00-00, so they fit the Yamaha enduro without modification? Nice looking and reasonable! Screws included? If not you know the size of screws?

Correct- they fit just fine and come with the small black screws to attach...

One thing I have always done to mine is to apply a dab of clear Silicone on each of the holes on tank that the badge screws into... this will help keep the screw holes on the plastic badge from cracking / breaking due to vibration over time... with this process you just need to lightly tighten the screws to not put a lot of pressure on the Badge and let the silicone set up-  Good to go!

Which front fender are you going with?
Looks like the original the bike was sold with.

Rick, that was thing I recall from the late 60’s into early 70’s. MX had a “high” front fender , it looked so awesome, back then any ways…

If I remember correctly, the "low fender" comment might have been about the other DT1 that's waiting for Greg to work his magic on?
