Always good to see as each piece comes together.
New Seat Cover and Foam has arrived.... The metal seat pan on this bike is in great shape but will be giving it the same paint treatment I did on the frame.

Still waiting on all my "New" bolts for the Rear Shock- Triple Tree as well as the new Kick Stand Spring and lastly the Rear Fender bolt kit.
Should be getting these pieces soon.
And just a glimpse at what is being detailed as time permits.... cases are going to detail nicely!

Always fun when you get to the point where freshly Cleaned / Painted parts start making there way back onto the bike!

The Rear Fender has all new mounting Hardware and really pops against the Gloss Black painted frame.

The Bolt Kits from Motodad on Ebay are top notch and always adds another level to any restoration for sure.

Also been working on the lower Engine to get it all cleaned up and ready to start putting it back together and drop it into the bike

Will be working on the Front Forks as well- New Seals are in and thinking I will just use a Scuff Pad to add a nice "Brushed" satin look to the lower tubes shown on the one tube in photo... have used this process before and it really adds a nice look as I have seen folks that completely Polish them out to a chrome look and just looks wrong to me for these old bikes...

The MX'ers are always so much fun to bring back to showroom condition... with no lights and all the other things- you can focus more time on each piece for sure!

Today I focused on the front end of bike.... Finishing up Front Forks and getting them installed as well as the Fork Brace and Front Fender mounting bracket.

For the Front Number Plate I have been searching for a Better looking method to attached to the front forks vs a standard bracket on plate with a Rubber Band hold in on the forks.... Found these on Ebay and I think they will serve the purpose and give the bike a nicer finished look.

Mr. French,do you happen to know if MOTODAD changed his store name on Ebay, possibly to ENDURING CYCLES?
Len
Your project is looking great, by the way. Incredibly clean looking.
