A few of my bikes I welded were it was worn, then ground down to get the lever in a flat position. My KDX200 was the latest.

Upholsterer couldn't get the Taiwanese seat cover to work so he pulled this out of his arse non slip as hell almost better looking than the stock cover should be perfect for the hard enduro riding I do. Shock rebuild got expensive the shaft was buggered and needed rechromed but should be all fixed in a week just got the Kx250 spring all painted ready to go on

Got my rebuilt shock in cost a bit but should ride good looks cool on the ground

Pretty much the last peice of the puzzle just came back from getting bored and recoated with nicasil ready to assemble the engine

Crank is in cases sealed and bolted together hopefully finish the whole bottomend tomorrow and test fit the piston and barrel with no rings and check all the nessisary clearences before fitting it for good. Crank sat in the freezer for 2 days chilling and had to heat the bearing on one side and drop it in

Nearly the end now engine is assembled and back in the frame I added a second charge coil wire and floated the earth to use a proper rectifier regulator for solid 12v lighting etc once the engine was in. now working on a new loom for the entire bike

Pulled the carb right down unbolted the jetblock out of it put it all in the ultrasonic for 20 minutes came out sparkling clean all reassembled with all new parts inside on the bike ready to go
