Had to repair a fork staunchen electrolysis ate away a portion of it other one isn't as bad. So I'm going to paint them with blue anodized looking paint and it will just look like a 94 Kdx200 with factory upside downs hahaha

Just got my stripped kips valve back from the engineer man he's good for things like this welded the missing teeth and rehobbed the teeth back on just a small amount of fettling with a fe and some wet and dry and she's good as new for $40nzd a new set in steel was around 300nzd and NOS alloy are non-existant haha

New rear brake disc arrived just need to get 6 new bolts cause this one has flat holes old disc took countersunk bolts. Front pads arrived too and a Kx250 rear spring to try stop some sag

How’s the rear shock condition, my 200 and 220 both needed rebuilding. One needed sealing and both were low on nitrogen. I’m fortunate to have a local guy that works at home, he does a lot of suspension work for local racers. Great guy.

New shiney bits kx500 front and rear fenders.
New bolts and brake disc is on
Huge list of parts ordered just slowly dribbling in
Just bought 3L of fork oil to refill the fronts and the rear was in working condition so just clean it out flush it and refill with oil and refill it with nitrogen at work
