Holy crap, that ought to go. I knew a guy that came into my VW repair shop in the 70's. A Beetle with a V8 in the back seat, the trans was flipped.
Kind of like the fuel altered Anglia from the 70's

It ran 9.84 at 137mph or so over the 1/4 mile this last weekend haha

In other news I tried to buy an nz made chamber repair section for the kdx ut none in stock and they arnt making anymore till Jan 18 so fmf fatty ordered and on its way from England

Should be time to fire it up tomorrow just need to get a sparkplug and cap mix some gas and kick it. Just opened up the chamber gutted it of all thd sound deadener and mesh cleaned all the carbon out fixed up some nasty joins from the factory inside to streamline it a bit and made a new header section plus bashed out a few dents lol

Had its first ride Xmas day morning it goes great and I'm not even opening it up yet don't think the dt will see as much riding anymore haha

Thanks mate
Did a bit of tune tweaking after yesterday's ride had a lean bog at half throttle extended the taper further up the need and slimmed it at 1/2 throttle lean bog is gone jalso dropped the pilot from 48 to 45 just smooth linear power at all throttle positions now might put the richer pilot back in it was a bit snappier down low
