Hello. My name is Dale Meyers. I learned to ride on a new at the time 1964 Yamaha YG1T 80 Trailmaster and 1965 Honda CT200Trail 90. Soon graduated to a 1966 Triumph TR6C, desert setup. Had a 1968 Honda CL350 that we rode quite a bit in the desert. Lived in Spain for a while (USAF, Torrejon Air Base) and had a 1973 Triumph T100R Daytona which I rode quite a bit almost everywhere. Now, many years later, I own a: 1985 Yamaha IT200, 2001 WR426F, 1999 YZ125, 2006 Kawasaki KLX300, 1996 Honda XR200r, 2001 XR250r, 1998 XR400r, 1996 Z50r, 2004 CRF450, 1981 CT110. They all work fine but for blown shocks on the IT200 and YZ125. No problem on the YZ but not so easy with the IT with the somewhat oddball Yamaha/Soki shock. Shock shaft is worn and Epay cores are mostly in worse shape, damaged or butchered.

I'm kind of new to forums so bear with me. My name is Sullivan and I am slowly getting into motorcycles. Currently I have a '71 CT1 that I bought as scrap, and I have spent the last 4 months working on it and it is so close to running! I am running into issues that I do not know how to solve, and a friend told me that the best place to get helpful answers would be a forum.

Just post away with what you have done and what your non running symptoms are (eg are you getting a spark?) and you will get loads of help.
