I am a recently subscribed forum member and I want to post some photos along with some text. I keep getting a message that says I’m not allowed to…I made a 100 dollar donation to the forum as well…what gives

For site security reasons, about a dozen posts are needed before you can add photos - you're nearly there.

You need to use a third party host, such as Imgur, for photo uploading.
