Two years ago I came across some curnutt shocks to fit the front fork. They where sprung a bit too heavy so I got some custom springs made. Now they are just right.
space left blank for a pic some day when it can be uploaded.
I haven't ridden This bike much in the last few years for a few reasons. It needs some work to be a better street rider. I have decided to get back to it and see if I can address a few of its short comings so it can be a better all around bike.

Too bad I've been away from the forum for awhile, I could have saved you a bunch of money having springs made for the Curnutts. I have some.

This looks like a pretty old string but I have to add to it that I have the bikes newer relative, '72 dkw 125 cross county (isdt) with the lead libk front end and the original 125 sachs 6 speed engine. It howls like a screaming jet at anything over 6 grand which is the lower end of its operating zone.
the bike is unbelievable on wet down hill descents with the leading link front end letting you brake and steer thru all the slush while your mates on ITs are white faced and thinking about updating their will.
