Please would someone let me know/have pictures of the headlight bulb that fits this style of holder (see attached photos). It looks to me like there are 3 locating pins.

Thanks.

Thanks Mark - that type looks a distinct possibility.

Edit

The benefit of having a bike shop 5 minutes away!

Not a P15, but a BA20 - apparently BA = bayonet and the number is the diameter of the bulb base (mine is 20mm).

Makes perfect sense...  in the picture can't see deep enough down the slots to see they make a 90 degree turn to lock the bulb in place.

Interesting is HAUT a brand? As it signifies 'upper' or 'top' in French. Was this a European model ie not UK?

Hello Wessi.

I've ordered some of these, so fingers crossed they do the job.

BA21D bulbs arrived today and I confirm that they are the correct fit. However, pins are equidistant (unlike APF bulbs), so it's a matter of trial and error before you find the correct orientation.

I checked the location of 'HAUT' on the holder and it does signify the top of it. There is also a locating pin for the holder in the lens.

This style of lens and bulb holder were fitted to some mainland European models. I managed to find a DT125MX headlight in France that, with not a lot of persuasion, fitted quite nicely into the original DT360A headlight rim and inner ring.
