It's leaking as the rubber covered selector fork shaft, blanking plug looks like it has been replaced with a piece of aluminium rod?

If you want to get the plug out, then drilling a hole into it, threading in a self tapping screw, and gripping the screw with a mole wrench should do it.

Might still be possible to get the OE blanking plugs, but it not an alloy plug epoxied in will work fine.

I thought the same thing about the countershaft leaking too. I pull the sprocket and didn’t see any oil coming from that area. Thanks for the help on the plug!  That is a first for me

Get the alloy plug out before ordering an OE replacement, as it might possibly have been fitted due to the case being damaged.
