Nice bike! Shouldn't need too much.

Will be interesting to see if still on standard bore if you pull the head.

Very nice Wes, if you end up wanting to do some painting the House of Kolor Sunset Orange Peral is a near perfect match. Used it on my DT2 oil tank, these old eyes can't tell the difference between stock original paint fuel tank and oil tank I painted.

MarkT yes it’s standard bore cylinder looks good no groove’s the lower ring was stuck going to do some measurements to see if it needs 1st over. I’m sure I’ll get carried away with it but it’s only time. Got to change crank seals maybe bearings too
Tony yes I’m going to paint it with House of Kolor just like your DT2 your bike looks super

Thanks Wes, be sure to use the 2K spray max gloss, that stuff is the best!

EDIT:  I'd get two cans of the Sunset Orange Pearl, it's pretty translucent so will take a few coats to cover.  I just got done painting my DT400 tanks with ford Screaming Yellow, that too is really translucent and took two cans for both tanks...

Are you sure?  It must be completely worn out and on its 4th oversize with an insane 8400 miles on it!
