Its pretty funny but I don't think it's against the law to sell a vehicle with no title. it was a parts bike when I got it. I had to put alot into mine. I don't even have my motorcycle license technically. So as soon as I get this guy legal I'm going to get my license so i can legally drive it around town. or perhaps take it to a park. We have several trail parks in our state that allow off-road vehicles.
