After carefully looking at this bike I think I have spotted a problem.....it isn't in my garage next to my Honda S90! This bike is awesome. It doesn't get better than this.

I will ,no problem. I will take a photo of the tin.
I got it from a guy here who just deals with the FS1E 50 ( Formerly the SS50 ) and it's available in two shades ,one light and the dark.
Mine is dark Popsickle purple . Shame you don't live nearer ,i would have given you what i have left . There's enough to paint another four bikes Scott. I'll get the code and if you want i will see if will export .
The shocks are fitted Scott . Thanks again.

What color white base paint did you use. I could really use a paint code. PPG is what my paint guy uses.

No answer on the paint Scott.
The end is within sight now . Noticed that the rear left flasher shell was split. Looked on fleebay for one, well expensive.
Looked on CMSNL,complete unit, NOS,lens ,bulb, full Monty with VAT and postage Euro 73.00. Bargain !
Tidying a few loose ends up today and checking for good earth front to back on the bars ,motor ,earth points.
The wiring in the rear lamp wire colours are not HT1B . Green & Yellow, solid Green and solid Brown instead of solid Black,Yellow and Blue. That's the colours in the loom and in the manual.
So here's a pic

Well, after some set backs with one thing and another, and except for a couple of small details ,sprocket mount bolt being one of them ,
the Purple Ronnie is well and truly alive and outwardly mobile.
Lot's of little inherent electrical faults have tied me in a few knots, simple system though it is, but an analogue meter , two different types of battery charger and some determination have sorted it out.

I would like to say thanks to Mako, Mark T , Deet and Scottdove for their help with parts and going generally out of their way with postage .

So here's a few pictures for your perusal.

So next up is the DT3 or the CT1B have to choose . The CT3 is getting done but is fighting me all the way. Having said that i'm converting a Renault master to a campervan too and that's absorbing time and it's back to the job which might evaporate again in front of my eyes.
But who gives a flying fack.
So it's the end of this topic. Not the most captured one on here but it's here none the less .
So live on the edge , because nothing matters in the end.
Dave.
