Hello,
I’m based in the uk with an rt2/3 360, it’s currently having a complete engine rebuild having sat with water in the crankcase. I don’t suppose you might post some photos of the modification techniques you carry out to create your sleeper pipes ? The shipping to US and back again is going to be a little bit too expensive for me.
Thanks,
Stefan

The Sleeper Pipes have been discontinued, put to sleep of sorts. The dimensions are top secret, not to be divulged until the designer has determined it’s safe to release. Purchase a pipe cut and paste (weld) until it snaps - crackles and pops, it is possible..

Sorry I have not responded to posts here. But my account somehow got deleted or corrupted? Yes we are not building Sleeper Pipes any longer. They are very labor intensive and life circumstances have changed and do not have the time to build them. Thanks again for all the support!

Thanks for the reply, if you ever do decide to get back into them I'd like to be first in line.  I wish you well in whatever circumstances have changed.  Tony

Good to hear from you Mr. Meis!  I hope life is treating you well.  Some of my best memories in the last decade or so are from the rides you (with help from DVM and others) put together.

And the sleeper pipes were icing on the cake for those of us lucky enough to get one!

I really appreciate all you've done for us.  Thank you.

As Dave stated, our life circumstances have changed. We definitely will not be making the “sleeper pipes" any more. We appreciate all the interest from forum members concerning our sleeper pipes. All sleeper pipes were done in my garage and my interests have changed from Yamaha Enduros to traveling Europe with my beautiful wife! Dave has hooked up and is now engaged to a very fine lady! So, his priority is time with his fiancé!

Sounds like the good life, hope you enjoy your European adventures. Any chance of bestowing your sleeper pipe knowledge on us, even if it’s just an approximate description of the process.
Thanks,
Stefan

There are some photos of how to build one in my build thread

Meis probably used a slightly different technique but the result would be similar.
