As Mark said just bolting it on in the correct configuration is a working solution. I suppose you could get the key slot machined but that would be difficult and you could remove and replace the magnets in the new position (I saw some guy did it with jb weld but ?????)

I don't want to mess with it risking breaking something. Question is it normal when a gear is on and you push the cluch lever to still have a tiny bit of resistance ? Not quite as free when you don't have a gear on.

Yes, there will be a little drag when pushing in gear with clutch lever pulled.

Ohh thank god i had to remove the cluch actuator screw and was not sure if it was normal or not.
