Can it be.... a bad igniton coil?? o.o because no matter how the carb config is it will idle sometimes more rough than others but all the symptoms remain. So if the spark doesn't ignite all the fuel it can present as rich ??

Have you tried a quality new spark plug gapped at 0.020"?

Can only guess without a video & good audio but run it in the dark & look into the mag & see if there's more than a normal small arcing in the points, or for that matter any random sparks from shorting out somewhere else in there.

Can you guys tell me how you adjusted your points, what i do is top death center lower 1.8mm then go back up until the tdc mark. And set them just opening but like how to you know they are just opening if they are not behind one of the magneto holes at that spot

Read the manual again and/or look for posts here on timing.
Points are supposed to just open 1.8mm BTDC and the flywheel will never be in the way if you're doing it correctly. You might be trying to set at 1.8 ATDC or something... way retarded and yes, it won't run that way.
