I have tried to make a site donation a couple of times lately .
All goes well until I get transfered to Paypal , and then I'm told I'm not permitted to donate to the site from my country ,
which is New Zealand . 
I have previously donated , and had no issues previously .
Has anyone else struck this problem  . I presume it would only affect people outside the US .

If you have a VPN, I wonder if setting it to the country you are donating to would help. BTW, thanks for the reminder... I just donated.
