very hard to start without starting fluid carb is rebuilt and all passages are open its CDI with a great spark I have not checked the reeds yet any suggestion will be helped

Did you check that the tiny hole in the float bowl is clear?

Jet is at the bottom of the orifice on the back edge of the bowl - see generic image below. Spray carb cleaner etc down there and it should flow out of the jet at the bottom.

Try holding the throttle wide open and give it a kick.
I have two DT360As.
One starts normal with choke and absolutely no throttle. (Cold start)
The other will ONLY start if I hold the throttle wide open with choke. (Cold start)
Be prepared to release the throttle as soon as you swat it or it screams to life!
Both start normal once warmed up, meaning no choke, no throttle.
I will figure it out eventually because I fear kickbacks with the full throttle method, but it hasn’t yet.

I can assure you that their will be one in there, just as in the photo. If there isn't, then you've got the wrong float bowl!

I've cleared blocked ones with 0.4mm copper wire.

Starter Jet is pressed in to bottom of well "1" and gets fuel through hole "2"

I guess some how or some one removed it. I guess I will need to find a bowl or a jet.
