Chasing little leaks on my dt3

why are the gaskets for the drain plugs different, does anybody know?

one is 90430-12207-00-00
rhe other is 4F4-14766-00-00

can aftermarket be acceptable here or am I losing something with that?  I like oem but not if I have to wait
