Hi to all
Has anyone got a colour code chart for Yamaha 2 strokes oil pumps.
I have an oil pump from an earlier twin shock Dt400 and want to know if it's ok for my 77 Dt400mx.
Any advice appreciated

You may have to dig a little, but oil pump info is available in the Tech Library here.  Not sure if "color" tells all...  critical factor is worm gear ratio plus pulley and possibly plunger piston size.  (I'd expect plunger to be the same) 

Using a pump with the wrong worm gear ratio can jam up the drive and break parts.
