I have a friend that has been trying to register and is not having any luck. Are the approvals slow?

I don't remember it being slow but that was several years ago.

I needed to do a little bit of research, to answer your question. And, what I have come up with is there’s, two scenarios.

Is the person trying to be able to post here, is using a “proxy server” to hide his IP address?

The second scenario is; somebody is too busy. Ha ha ha.
