Ha yes ! Now I get your name on here Goatboy it was great to meet you today. 
 Funny story as soon I got there sold that green and tan Yamaha 100 that was ridden around all day, stinky exhaust and squeaky brakes. Thought I’d seen the last of that thing and it kept coming by.
 

Did not check here before I left so when I got home and checked saw this. Wish I had known that was your CT3 in the barn as thought it was cool.

Would love to come to a bike show like this. Not that my bikes are even gonna win miss congeniality, but just to walk around, admire, meet some of y’all, and probably shop for parts or goodies.

shows in the Midwest?  Eg Nebraska on up to the dakotas and Minnesota and maybe wisco?  I saw one in Michigan a bit far from here. 

or southern Manitoba or SK?

I live up along the border in nodak.  Could throw a cat and hit a Canadian border services guy. Well I’m exaggerating a bit,  but you get the idea.
 

Hi Principal 282,  coincidentally I was over your way last January for the Elk River Midwest vintage snowmobile ride in , you get the big snowmobile shows / probably not many vintage motorcycles shows ??? Could be wrong ( It was 1500 + miles from here but worth the
trip ) 
 There is a big motorcycle swap & show in Ohio each year / never been but thinking of attending that one next summer. 
 The vintage snowmobile ones in the Midwest are wicked fun , not something to attend if you’ve just decided to quit drinking. Motorcycle swaps I’ve been to seem a little more subdued….
 Almost forgot - never know what you’ll run across —-bought three motorcycle “blue books” this weekend. 1973 1975 1977. Fun looking through them and seeing how little money you got trading in say a 1968 DT 250 towards a shiny new ‘73 model
