Throttle oil pump cable comparability was created by principal282
I need an oil pump cable for my 74 GT80A. These appear to be scarce. Connectors are available. If I could get the complete set of main cable, throttle, oil pump, and connector I would. Do other years and models cross over to help widen my search? Someone on eBay is selling a set from Thailand which is for an LS-3 or RS 100, numbers appear to line up. I like to double check. Any wisdom send my way.

Possibly check with Enduronut and/or DEET.
There's a used cable set on ebay.
Motion Pro or Terrycable can usually duplicate your cable if you send them the old one... they need to reuse the elbow fitting.
Not sure what you mean by "numbers seem to line up"? Either they match or they don't. Prefix (usually 3 character model code) is important. Many (if not all) Yamaha oil pump cables will have the same "26321" number after the prefix. 26321 means it's an oil pump cable. (Not that it's interchangeable with other oil pump cables.)

Aha!! Now I see. The five digits mean a part, not necessarily THE part!!
I’ll check a bit more tomorrow.
the main one, the shorter guy after the split are okay. I mostly need the oil pump cable. I’ll be sure to watch for exact part numbers. Thanks again Mark!
