They occasionally turn up on fleabay, but for (in my opinion) stupid money. ALSO, you need to be really careful that what is advertised is actually for a 1974 DT250/DT360, and not the earlier DT/RT1, 2 & 3 - the manufacturer's original model sticker is sometimes still present on the underside. The reverse might also apply, where a DT/RT rack is actually for the 1974 bikes!

Some resourceful/talented members have adapted the more common 175 rack to fit.

Thanks for your reply. I tried the175 rack and I couldn’t get anywhere near getting it to fit. I search the bay regularly but haven’t come across one in the last 18 months. Living in Australia doesn’t help because here we road them into the ground.

I think I mentioned this to you before...  try to PM member Devin here...  he had a decent stock of racks a few years ago.

Enduronut or DEET might be able to help too.

If you cut the down tubes on the CT rack you can insert round stock into the open ends. Then you simply bend them to the appropriate shape and cut to length. Weld the joints and file them smooth. Then sandblast and paint your favorite color. If I made a CT rack fit my SCR950 then it should be feasible to fit it to a different enduro. I had to add another set of round stock to get a solid mount.

Sorry I must have missed that. I’m sorry but I can find messages on here but I’m not savy enough and don’t know how to do it or how to find their names or ID. Could someone help me out. I’m 70 and this IT is very difficult to follow. Thanks Brett
