A 50 year age difference will not keep these two from being fast friends. Now, when Mad Max '72 has second thoughts about driving all the way home, we can ride (Needs Names) '22 back to civilization.

I tried to get a '21 last spring but couldn't find sufficient local inventory. In hindsight, that was for the best as I like that my Y250's are san even 50 years apart.

I hope everyone had a great summer and time on two wheels.

I hate to say this (because it's a four stroke) but my XT250 is a favorite...  love the push button start when stalled on a hill and the flawless fuel injection performance from sea level to over 10,000 feet.

Truly seems to have the "spirit" of the old bikes as well...  Brothers fight sometimes but I'm sure they'll get along just fine.

Congrats on the nice addition to the family!

Same here, XT250 is my favorite of anything I've owned. Nice for zero fuss, just get on and go just about anywhere.

That's a great looking pair. Every time I get on my CT2 I'm surprised at just how capable it is despite the age, as long as you're not in a hurry on rough ground.
