The local auto parts store no longer carries Valvolene T4 or 4T, which ever it was I used to use. They do have Shell Rotella T4. Is that acceptable?

Most of the Rotella T line has a JASO MA (motorcycle wet clutch) rating. You should find it on the back label near the bottom if I remember correctly.
I use it in my XT250 and it works great.

I have run Rotella T4 15w40 in everything from a 125cc two stroke up to a 600cc inline four. Blackstone has confirmed that it does an excellent job with multiple samples analyzed.
Its a very good choice, doesn't hurt that it is $14 a gallon.

Check Walmart. Usually $14 or less.

My choice bought at Cycle Gear. It's a synthetic blend at $9.95 a quart. I like oil threads, their better than ordinary sultry posts...
