hey guys

my L5T has pretty rusted chrome rims, and the spokes are loose and seized, same with my CT. I am wondering, are there people who sell replacement rims or is my only option to have them rechromed...

are there any generic type rim that would work or am I straight out of luck

it seems at least for the 74-75 DT there seems to be rims and spokes available from thailand..

thoughts sources ?

thanks

Others will chime in with aftermarket options, but don't forget to use sites like Partzilla and CMSNL to see which other models used that rim. I'm pretty sure that parts like rims, spokes and hubs were used in all sorts of combinations between models. If you find a decent rim that you want, but on a complete wheel from a different model, then you can keep just the rim and sell on the hub.
