Suggestions Cleaning Armature was created by mdscott

Good morning from No Calif
I need a few suggestion cleaning this armature, its not too bad and it was charging ok.
The starter system wasn't turning the engine over, just clicks, but that was probably due to the bad wiring, cable size and connection.

Thanks Mark

Good afternoon from Maine,
The sand blast cabinet with fine glass beads gave this result on the one marked “e-bay” and used compressed air to dust them off. I tried to avoid blasting the varnish on the wires and in hindsight should have taped them off.
It cleaned the copper communicator up real good. I was trying the larger diameter DT 125 one on my AT at the time to see if it had more cranking power
