1973 Yamaha LT3 was created by Jones

Hello,
I have a 1973 Yamaha LT3 100 I used to ride it back in high school. It has been torn apart for over 20 years and I am trying to decide what to do with it. Was hoping someone here might be able to help out. First off I have no interest in it anymore so restori g it for myself is not something I want to do. So I see three options find it a home as is, part it out, restore it and sell it. My preference would be to sell it as is and let someone who enjoys restoring these do it. What do you all think about it? I think most of the parts are there. Might be easier and cheaper to drop in a used engine from somewhere else.

Location? Paying some to restore it will cost more than it's worth so I'd throw that option out.

I am in Washington state. I would restore it myself but just not a project I am interested in.

That's a shame, but also understandable.

Easiest thing to do would be to offer it for sale as is and hopefully someone will take it on as a project.

Probably more profitable, but more hassle and time consuming, would be to break it (part it out).

Hopefully someone will be along later today to make you an offer.

Just don't say in twenty years time that you regretted selling it!

I wish I had the '71 DT1E that I had in high school. My suggestion would be keep it. Put it back together as a rider.

Here is one that is original, unrestored and in like new condition.

The hours spent riding my Enduros is not deducted from my life span.
