Use the Google translate app on your phone with the camera option on. You just point camera at text and it magically translates on the screen as you scan over the document.

I can but the picture is a little small and blurry in the spots I am assuming you want information from. I am not an expert at inferring certain kanji if they aren't clear.

Is there something specific you're looking at?

If you can snap a closer/clearer photo I can take a look at it if you've not solved your issue already! I clicked the attachment but it doesn't seem to get any larger.
