I have several 74 mx 175s and couple 437 yz motors 125s. Any advice to fit lighting coils on one to have lights for mounting in an enduro frame?

On the 74 MX175, I'd just use the 74-on DT175 ignition... you could just use the original DT175 ignition if swapping MX engine into DT175.

Not sure what a 437 YZ125 is... but same thing... 74-on DT175 ignitions should fit.

Ct should fit as well, correct? Or did the crank diameter change in 74 on the 175. I have some ct 175 stuff. 437 is the prefix on the 74 yz125 I believe. 453 my mistake, just looked on partszilla

Crank isn't the problem. Stator diameter went from 130mm on the CT to 120mm in 1974 with the DT175.

DT175 used the same architecture as the various MX and YZ... all had 120mm stator mounting after 1973...
