What brand chain tensioner was created by mdscott

Anyone recognize the chain tensioner, Its off my old bike but I don't remember the brand or where I got it.

Chain-Tite made them, but yours looks a little different than mine. I have one for a CT2 though.

If it was fairly recent manufacture (and not ancient NOS) it was probably made by Painter Bill... pntrbl... You might have met him at one of the Cal Dreaming events.... he made the tensioners and sold them on ebay for several years.
