1974 GT80 rear shock was created by KRA

Hello, in the process of fixing up a 74 GT80 and would like to increase the rear spring compression to better accommodate adult riders.
Not wanting to increase static ride height.
Looking for shock change recommendation.
Thanks

The rear dampers are pretty marginal so far as damping goes so any spring increase will only make the damping worse so idealy i think you need to look for a better quality pair of shocks with adult springing & some sort of spring adjustment incorporated. In saying that, i've not got anything in mind but will go looking. They're not a very long shock & also not very big diameter spring so maybe not much room to run a norman size spring but just guessing. [& welcome if you're new]. Sorry--i'm no help am i lol.
