Not sure if this is relevant now but "i saw a pimple" on the bearing in the pic. Any bearing like that is for horizontally split cases of the yamaha twins. Not sure if the bearing is the right dimensions but if it 'is' & if you ground the pimple off it should--or 'could'--work.
