If that 'is it', I wonder if he gave up & bought the proper puller. Is the puller thread OK in there. Maybe it broke the crank key so might not have been very tight. Be interesting if bikes could talk, tell us what's been going on lol.

Ok. Be sure to remove both washers behind the nut so you get full engagement o the puller as fine threads pull. Back the puller bolt way out so as not to get a false impression of when the puller body is fully home--just saying, & i'm sure you'd be onto it.

Rt325 that was exactly what it was, I got home from work this morning took a nap and then went into the garage I s for sure that someone tried to weld a plate to remove the flywheel.the threads were probably 80% stripped. The video explains what I did. I’m gonna get me another flywheel. I really appreciate the comments and helpful feedback from everyone here on this site. I know that for a fact I am gonna need a lot more help in the coming weeks and months on this mechanical restoration. More posts are on the way!
