Almost convinced myself that one year had the advance cam involved like one year DT175 but don't think that one had the compression relief hole in the cylinder.
Parts diagrams i can't find easily.

I must apologize for my interpretation…
When I see AG.. all I can see is agriculture, which coincides with RT325… very interesting topic!

I may have some information , that may help somewhat .
Combing through my parts books for Oceania market AG 175 and CT2 .
AG 175  ( 482 )
Cylinder    up to # 15,000           482-11311-00
                20,101 on                 482-11311-10

Cylinder Head                           314-11111-01-94

CT2  ( Au / NZ )

Cylinder                                   314-11311-01

Cylinder Head                          314-11111-00

CT2  ( US )

Cylinder                                   314-11311-00

Cylinder Head                          314-11111-01-94

That seems to confirm spec differences between US and Oceania CT 2/3 porting ,
and possible variations in the AG porting spec , or maybe just the addition of the Bleed Drilling to the exhaust port .

P.S.  74-75 DT175 cylinder should be a 443...  not 433..

Just googling & found this list with the advance governor hand written in on the site above but doesn't show in the pic. So it did exist at least [thought i was losing it lol].
If you go to "75 AG175 then image it doesn't show it but go to parts & as i say hand written in.
Ad's have a heavier flywheel too.

Interesting topic.
Not hard to believe the AG175 is a tuned down version, given that it was marketed as more of a agricultural machine.
Found an AG cylinder 482-11311-00 for sale on ebay and you can clearly see the hole inside the exhaust port.
Anyway here's some more info I found.

74 MX125 or YZ125 trans will fit CT but it's a 5 speed.

First 6 speed was 76 YZ125 and MX125?  They are not a direct bolt in...  mostly because you need a 6 speed shift drum.

6 speed in CT case requires fabrication of a shift drum and internal shift linkage, and parts from several models.
