Pfft
I'm no longer impressed with my front fender bracket that I made all by myself....
Amazing work.

Thank you all for comments. Today, weather is fine so i quickly packed the silencer and went for some Kilometers. Wow, i have a new bike!
Revs really easy and much more powerful. The noise is not louder, even somewhat more silent. The sound is more muffled.
So all in all much better than expected. I am glad, i have tried, but keep in mind, my bike wasn´t running well before.
So i am curious how it will be with the Sleeper Pipe. Dave Meis just wrote me, it´s No 103 and on the way to Germany . Forgot to mention: i turned the outlet hole a bit more to left side to keep my number plate more clean.

End result is spot on!
Some unsolicited advice - you might have better luck with a smaller MIG wire diameter when working with sheet metal. Looks like you were burning hot and needed to trigger weld bits. If you go down to 0.023" wire (.584mm), that will allow you to run cooler settings and lay a nice smooth bead.
