Last update: i completely underestimated the awful lot of work, drilling the inner tube for perforation.
In total it´s 735 holes
Means in sum 1.1 Meters thickness drilling.

And it's a crime that no one but us members will see "...how many holes it takes to fill the Albert Hall." Unless, of course...you get a picture of it and a phrase like "I made the silencer!" stenciled on a T-shirt to wear while you ride the bike.
I was not wrong in my post above: you, sir, are an artist!

Wow. I applaud your effort in drill that many holes.
I myself (with less equipment to my disposal) would've gone with whatever pre-perforated hole sheets were available and then rolled a tube to my dia.
I think the saying goes, there's more than one way to skin a cat?

@ Crazyracer, re-perforated hole sheet is a good idea, maybe next time. Started welding yesterday, works quite good

Hard soldering the stay bolts. Then i sand blasted it and powder coated in black matte.
See original (top) and fake(bottom)
Next, i will pack the inside with fibre glas and test it

Amazing work! I can't tell you how much I'm impressed!
P.S. Technically similar laws have existed in the United States since the 1970's. It's against Federal Law to tamper with or modify anything on a vehicle that will increase emissions. This includes noise emissions. It's just not enforced here... yet. Some states like California are actually starting to look at exhaust system parts on cars and if they aren't OEM or a part they can identified as a qualified direct OEM replacement, they can make you change it.
