New front wheel bearings are In and wheel is on piston and main bearings and seals ordered should be able to send the barrel off to be replated next week and get the conrod and new crank pin pressed together

Time to build the engine 1mm over wossner coated piston Royal conrod kit new main bearings and seals gaskets air filter etc
Will prep the barrel ready to be sent away tomorrow for over bore and nikasil coating then she can all go together. Just waiting on carburetor parts now

Crank is off getting the new rod and crank pin fitted rear shock should be all rebuilt this week swingarm all prepped and painted in Dupli-Color stainless Steel rear spring getting prepped for a fresh coat of green light at the end of the tunnel may get the motor and swingarm in this weekend if everything arrives. Same stainless paint matches the engine covers that are plastic like the flywheel cover and kipps actuator covers

Beware of unavailable power valve parts. Ran into that with a KDX 200. Had to have them made at a machine shop, ouch!

I repaired one valve can buy a full aftermarket set in steel here for 200 dollers

I always remmber the little tang bending so your foot would slip off the kickstart! I always ended up putting a screw in there so it sat square when rotated out to start the bike.
