New potential problem ahah! Took it out for a ride earlier and couldn't help notice the indicators flash at different speed depending on the revs. It seems they flash slightly faster at higher revs. Any idea?

Many standard-type flashers are load sensitive.... original type is exceedingly sensitive if that's what you have.

So if it's a slight change in flash rate, I'd say "normal".

I think that it's a new, modern type of relay Mark.

Vincent, would you be able to upload a short video showing the change of flasher rate? You should be able to do this with the bike parked up and in neutral - not expecting you to film as you ride along!:EEEK :ROFLOL

Age has nothing to do with it. Could be brand new. That's not the same as a modern design.

I'm still calling it "normal". :) :Buds

I'm also being a bit hard on the older flasher designs...

My older Jeep... at idle with lights and air conditioner blasting on high... flashes the turn signals slightly slower than when engine is revved up... it has a voltmeter and at idle with all the accessories on the voltage is lower than when rpm is brought up.

Flasher relay in the Jeep looks like the original one... Installing a brand new modern "LED" flasher that is bulb load insensitive might cure the slight change in flash rate... or might not.
