Wow, started this thread waay back on Oct 11, 2020.
A lot has happened but not to the bike so much. I shelved it for more than year and a half, due to my Mom dying early in 2021 then my Dad late last year. Not much motivation til recently
I did split the cases 2 times with a transmission problems last year.
( I.E-won"t shift at all. so I tried different trans combo's. ) 3'rd try was the charm.
Hint- If you look back at the case half earlier in this thread, it has a major chunk missing in the trans dept.
something exploded in there, all along I questioned my transmission building, detent pill and springs and shims incorrectly placed.Sad movie there.
My buddy Johnnie stopped by check it out and found the problem in 6 minutes !
He asked for the detent, and found out that when the motor exploded it peened the detent hole inside the case half so the detent "Pill" wouldn't hit the cam.
This image is hidden for guests.
I feel like I should have noticed something so simple.
2 minutes with a diamond file and done ! Works now. Ready to put it back together.
I need a bike ready for play riding around at the Biltwell 100 race on April 1st.

Getting my motivation back after building a new mini bike and putting in a new security system in the house. Rode the mini bike and caught the bug to ride again.
So, time to button this one up to a rider again.
wish the pictures were up and working again. .

OH BOY !
I have toys coming in Big Time now. like a NOS cylinder and head.
Standard piston..who would have thought !?!
Wish I could show some pictures, but no one would care to fix the internals and rather hide,
than fix.
