Hi everyone,

I have my 1971 Yamaha DT1 250 for sale. I just had the whole bike serviced 4 days ago with new cubic tires, re-chromed/rebuilt forks, rebuilt carburetor, new rear shocks that look like the originals and will supply the original ones, and most of all.....The bike runs like brand new!!!! It even has the original turn signals and horn and two mirrors. All work without any issues.

The only issues: small hole in the bottom corner of the gas tank leaking a little gas every once a while. Someone tried to repair it with JB weld but seems to be failing. The other issue is the front fender has a burn mark from a chemical the previous owner used to clean the bike and didn't realize it took off a little paint. 

This bike is in very nice shape for being half a century old and it does have a repainted gas tank and oil tank in a burnt copper color. The rest of the bike is original paint. I want to sell this bike to someone who will appreciate it and ride it on easy terrain. With my riding skills...it will destroy the bike easily! So therefore, the only bikes I should be riding at the moment are my three brand new KTM 500's.
