I have several of the 5" rings and buckets from the AT series...  bucket has the square mounting holes for the rubber mounts and a high beam pilot light hole...  I don't know if the little 80's had those.  Chrome ring is the same part number though.

I found two 5" headlights with the "bayonet" bulb mount...  one is old and used...  the other is NOS.  I don't know if I have the bulb or the pigtail...  I have to look...  too hot right now in the shed with lows near 90 and highs over 110.

Thanks for checking!!
so the each component is kind of separate, glass, ring, housing?  Interesting.  Guy could probably find a 6v bulb easier than a whole sealed beam setup

Yes the sealed beam or this type lens/reflector with replaceable bulb has two little bolts and nuts that hold it into the rim. There is also a spring and adjuster screw setup... not sure if I have that hardware.

Your original rim and lens/reflector should be the same system?

I might have a bulb. I will look.
