Looks in very good condition! Did you do a full crank and up rebuild? And what kind of 'upgraded' jet kit? Just curious.

The crank and piston were great. My mechanic said re-ring it when it was apart.
The pulser, lighting coil and some other components had been ruined when the bike sat for many years before I purchased it. Crank seals were shot.

Most four stroke engines are jetted lean from the factory for emissions. Or are now lean because fuel formulas are different from when they were new. I have went up a size or two on all my previous polaris atvs and my old TW200. Makes a big difference when starting in cold weather, warm up time and a little more power.
