Some of you guys were talking about how there was a $3500 69 DT1 250 but looked like to be a 68 model. Well one mentioned that avoid this individual (who is a doctor) but I will come clean and say that......I bought that bike!!! It had a title and ran like brand new but electrical was not hooked up....
It is considered my 5th bike in my garage while the other DT1 250 I have is from 1971. I posted a picture below of the 69 dressed as a 68 model. Just FYI.....I realized the forks were spray painted over the huge amount of rust pits!!!!!!!
This image is hidden for guests.
I'm getting the forks re-chromed and rebuilt but other than that, the bike is very nice for what the guy did. I would still be careful on what you buy from this guy. He has a lot of unusual bikes that 80% of them are not as nice as they should be.

Unfortunately Arin, I have serviced and repaired several bikes from Lakewood Country Club Mental Asylum. I could go on. If you’re happy great. Maybe he keeps my business going “but fraud is fraud” - / I won’t elaborate what chicanery he pulls on our community members, you can call me anytime.

Hi Asco,
I'm happy with the bike minus the fork issue the guy did to the bike. He seem to do everything else right.....for once.
I will say this.....I will never buy from this guy again.
